Hi Luke. When you are in external view, I noticed you can still turn the nose wheel. If I go to external view and try to use my rudder padals the aircraft will not turn until I go back into the cockpit. Do you know how to resolve this problem. Thanks Alan

I've finally decided, after 42 years of simming, to try out the virtual ATC community in FS2020. Took a while, but after passing the second test attempt on Vatsim, was qualified to access the network. Got the client installed, but I'm rather stumped as to how to set up the callsign and aircraft type. I feel as though I'm relearning the sim all over again, from scratch. Have yet to get it to connect. Thanks for the video. ;)

I sent my Boeing yoke back twice and never resolved the issue. I finally scrapped. Mine lasted a little over a year.

Just bought this today, and wow what an amazing airport! Performance is bang on as well with no loss of FPS over the stock/default Edinburgh with is staggering considering the improvement!

Hi I followed your autoland tutotial for the PMDG B777 but whenever I want to approach the runway for landing the pfd says "No Autoland" what can I do to solve this?

3 degrees descent standard flight path descent for landing helos to ship, i know u werent//err looks good,i will get as soon as Microsoft install program stops messing me around..starts with u r offline when clearly I am not then moves onto 10gb dl and then reducing to 0 throughput, rinse repeat each time to less, still hv 70gb to install and its playing awkward :( Anyway great vid I will get to go with my external J-20, vulcan and concorde-do hv more, they r my main+hv decided its more abt concentrating on 1 or at worst only a few]. Might you also do a session on flying the Hind on DCS, I keep crashing on takeoff and i dont know what I am doing wrong. I wanted a proper helo game not simplified joystick arcade, got it but keep crashing, i dont understand it, you seem very switched on, almost full on pilotesque, would hv hazarded u were apart from one comment, anyway might you venture over to dcs for a quick do then lol rtn msfs, i need u on the hind with a vid like this. Before u say/think its me, I have the H135/145 on msfs2020 and could fly that okayish but as regards the Hind on DCS I struggle badly, cant even go anywhere with it before crashing on takeoff.

I am on climb thrust magenta color. climbing speeds are 250kts. nav1 ap1 enabled. It keeps disconnecting autopilot. Climbing angle is 10 degrees up to 15 degrees max. May I ask for assistance?

I have the original version so is this an “upgrade” or really a new payware airport?

Great video, purchased as soon as it was available, it's my local airport that I fly out of in real life and now my local for every flight in the SIM. So many places you can fly to from Edinburgh in real life as well as in the SIM.

How is the airside of the airport? We're only shown parkings and shopping malls. And how is the performance?

I can't seem to find this, frustrates me to no end. In the legs section, you'll see ".833/FL350." How do we change the speed in the fms so that the plane will then set a higher, or lower, cruise than what the plan says? If I do change the cruise speed, I use the autopilot above the main displays, but that shuts off the VNav. Would like to know how to change the plan but leave the VNav intact.

Great video mate! Though a question despite arming my spoilers handle. Seems my spoilers do not deploy on landing? Do another flight to confirm but noticed they didn’t deploy at all

Hey Luke. Truely amazing detail and immersion . Right down the the ultra-realistic RyanAir landing putting passengers spines through the top of their heads😂. You could spend ages just slowly cruising around the terminal and facilities. Do you think this is a small window into what MSFS2024 will deliver?

Really amazing details. Superb work. I would have liked to have seen people waking around at least inside the airport though. Sadly, with this being a flight sim, so much of the details in this airport and the work done on it are going to be overlooked as we concentrate on flying the plane. The airport itself, as a thing, is incredible though.

Looks fab. But it’s an example of the ever moving improvement of MSFS and, of course, continued expense. It is not uncommon for us to have several versions of the same scenery. The plus is we now know we will have up to date airports unlike in days gone by. Incidentally as I type, Orbx (who I bought V1 from) are not showing either version for sale at present. Thanks for the review I will buy it tomorrow! An update. Purchased. Also in ORBX Forum it states the developer is no longer selling scenery via ORBX. Those who bought V1 at ORBX will receive relevant updates for V1 if released in future.

I think I'll wait for the MSFS 2024 version when I'll be able to take a bus ride to the terminal! F'ing insane, but I'm happy with the first version, so no need to upgrade at the moment. I live near heathrow and if that got redone then I'd purchase it, as it happens iniBuilds have done several signficant updates for free (for there payware version) which is very nice.

I'm a fairly smart person. Certainly not the smartest person in the world, but smart enough. How come I can NEVER get throttles to work right?

I have a question around 15:00 if you were cleared for ILS why did he give you a clearance to 3000 feet? Wouldn’t an ILS clearance imply that you can go down all the way? Also firstly you were made to fly heading 235 and establish on localizer, does that mean that you can only establish laterally and not vertically? Because by arming approach you would risk descending below 4000 feet if the localizer has been captured, or am I missing something?
